First, remember that most guys (and girls, for that matter) respond positively when people take an interest in them. When you are trying to flirt, ask questions and be sincere. Do not get too personal, but let the guy you're interested in know that you care enough to get his perspective on things. This can be as simple as asking how he is doing.
