Most women who are single are interested in forming some type of relationship with a competent, mature man. With so many differences between the sexes it can be hard to know if a man is interested in you or not – that is if you don't know how to read a man's non-verbal and verbal clues.

What Do You See?

No matter where you are when you first meet a man its vital to read his body language and the non-verbal clues he's sending you. It's all very basic once you know a little about is.

Does he look at you? When you're in a room it's vital (if you want to discover which man is interested in you) to do a casual scan soon after you get there. Now you don't want to look like you're scanning the room, but discreetly look around. Who's noticing you? You can actually do this without directly looking at the men in the room, use your peripheral vision.

As you're talking, ordering a drink, or casually making your way around the room use your peripheral vision to get an idea of who sees you. That's the first clue that someone is interested – they notice you.

Once you know who's checking you out, see who interests you and keep an eye on him. Make sure this isn't obvious. A man likes to chase a woman (most of the time) and it's vital you don't give away your feelings or interest too soon. Now you need to see if this man keeps looking at you from time to time. Does he seem engaged in conversation but you see him glance at you every now and then? This is a sure sign you've grabbed his attention.

Actions Speak Loudly

Take a look at the man's actions. Does he smile at you? Does he make a move to talk to you? Does he go out of his way to be in the same area of the room you're in? What does he do?

Body language can be subtle, it may just be he goes to the restrooms at the same time as you; he hits the bar for another drink while you're there, he looks at the same painting as you in the museum. Read between the lines. Many hot and steamy romances start with a simple glance. This is the key to knowing whether or not a man is interested in you – is he looking at you?

If he is then chances are (unless your hair is aflame) he's found something on the surface that intrigues him about you. Now all you have to do is play your cards right, flirt with allure, and you'll be sure to be asked out by this curious man!
